Lucy had always known that she was different, hearing voices wasn’t normal, especially for a sixteen-year-old, and she’s pretty sure that seeing the dead wasn’t normal either.

BOOK REVIEW: The Kingdom of Copper by S. A. Chakraborty

(You can also find this review on GOODREADS.)

This review will also be just my rambles that I hope to end up making sense.

I wasn't completely sold on the whole plot for a while and the book was a solid 3-star read for me until the middle and after that, especially the last 200 just raised the stakes and my rating because, oo my god, the DRAMA, the fights, the DANGER and that ENDING!

BOOK REVIEW: The City of Brass by S. A. Chakraborty

(You can also find this review on GOODREADS.)

Finally, after God only knows how long I have finished a book and not just a book but the City of Brass itself.

At first, I thought of writing a proper review for it but as I kept reading I just realized I didn't know how to put everything into words so it could all make sense. Instead, I'll present you with my rambles and hope they make at least a little bit of sense.

Wonho forced to leave Monsta X after controversies

By Yuli Atta
(This is part 2 of an assessment I had to do for university. Part 1 you can find HERE.)

On the 31st of October, 2019, was announced that Wonho, whose real name is Lee Ho-seok, was leaving the K-pop boy band Monsta X which he had been a part of since their debut in 2015.
Starship Enetrainment, which is the company Monsta X debuted under, released an official statement on all of their social media in which they thanked the fans for their support and apologised, saying that Wonho’s contract with them had been terminated and Monsta X was going to continue as a six-member group. Additionally, Wonho released a handwritten letter, which was translated by Soompi, in which he also apologised to fans about the situation and asked them to support the remaining members of Monsta X.

Fight for Wonho

This piece is part one of an assessment for university that I had to do. Part 2 you can find HERE.

On a cold autumn afternoon Valentina Buhin came back from school and started checking the different fandom news. She was in so many fandoms, it was unreal.
October was such an eventful month for the K-pop industries. There were so many different and amazing comebacks from all of her favourite bands like Stray Kids who were her all-time favourite idols, Ateez, Oneus and so many others. Unfortunately, there were also a lot of negative things happening. First, there was Sulli’s passing, after that Hwall left The Boyz, and then – her eyes watered thinking about it – Woojin left Stray Kids after just a year and a half of being in the band. ‘Nine or none,’ was their motto and yet…they were now eight. She sighed, remembering all of that and decided to check YouTube for some new comeback stages.
